Get ready with another saucepan, colander and piece of cheesecloth for getting cheese form the milk process:

Put colander on the top of the saucepan and set a double layer of cheesecloth on the top because while the milk is dividing into curds and whey, line a colander or strainer with a double layer of cheesecloth or a clean kitchen towel and set it over a large bowl:

After milk has divided, pour the curds and whey into the waiting lined strainer. Now the cheese drained and you’re almost done!
